What buyers get to choose

For each item: the option included in the agreement, and the upgrades you're willing to supply with their price. Buyers see these exactly as entered, with the upgrade cost shown before they select.

PRICING RULE Upgrade prices must be your contractor's rate plus your stated margin, and that margin is disclosed to the buyer as a percentage. Miztri takes nothing from these transactions and does not mark them up.
